The DVB-S/S2 digital demodulator with IF input at 70 MHz (opt. 950 ÷ 2150 MHz) represents the perfect solution for DVB-S/S2 receiving systems. With respect to the DVB-S systems, the second generation of digital satellite standard introduces some architectural upgrading able to manage larger transmission capabilities. Among these peculiarities, the most important one is the possibility to manage multiple data flows encoded according to MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 (H.264) standards for HDTV support.

The DVB-S/S2 demodulator is fully compatible with QPSK systems conforming to DVB-S standard.
